KeyOff v.2.5.0.3
KeyOff monitors keyboard and mouse activity and initiates computer shutdown if there has been no keyboard or mouse activity for a specified time. It can also be used to control a remote computer. KeyOff supports all the normal shut down modes.
CPUOff v.5.5.0.3
CPUOff monitors average CPU load and initiates computer shutdown if the CPU load has been below a specified percentage for a specified length of time. It can be started manually, on start up or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler.

KeyOff Lite monitors the keyboard and mouse and initiates computer power off after there has been no activity for more than 15 minutes.
CPUOff Lite v.5.5
CPUOff Lite monitors the average CPU load and initiates computer power off after the average CPU load has been below 15% for more than 60 seconds.

DownOff monitors the average download rate and initiates computer shutdown if the download rate has been below a specified percentage for a preset time. It can also be used to shutdown a remote computer.
